Dr. Nancy Dayton is the Dean of Arts and Humanities who oversees the following departments:

- Music, Theatre, and Dance
- Master of Arts in Higher Education
Dr. Matthew Renfrow is the Dean of Health Sciences and Interim Dean of Natural and Applied Sciences who oversees the following departments:
- Biology, Environmental Science, and Sustainable Development
- Chemistry and Biochemistry
- Computer Science and Engineering
- Kinesiology
- Mathematics
- Physics and Engineering
Dr. Ben Hotmire is the Dean of Business, Education, and Social Sciences who oversees the following departments:
Dr. Karen Elsea is the Dean of Nursing who oversees the Nursing Program.
